Tekashi 6ix9ine will learn his fate on December 18.

ttt, a New York City lawyer who's tight with 6ix9ine's attorney Lance Lazarro and has been closely following the case, has revealed that Lazarro was able to successfully petition judge  Paul Engelmayer to move the date of 6ix9ine's sentencing from January 24, 2020 to Dec. 18 of this year.

"6ix9ine's sentencing has been set for December 18 at 10 AM in the Southern District of New York. About two weeks prior to that look for the government to issue their sentencing recommendation where they will most likely recommend time served. Thus far, Judge Engelmayer has given a sentence to all of the defendants somewhere between what the government has recommended and what the defense has recommended. It this case, the government and the defense will both probably recommend time served. I fully expect 6ix9ine to get time served he'll probably get out later that day," Gangat said.

6ix9ine testified against his former Tr3way Blood brothers Aljermiah "Nuke" Mack and Anthony "Harv" Ellison for three information-filled days last month. Mack and Ellison were each found guilty of most charges, increasing the chances the government will let Tekashi walk for his expert cooperation.

He had been facing 47 years before he flipped the day after he was arrested.
