The Game did all he could to promote his Drillmatic: Heart vs. Mind album, including teasing (and delivering on) an Eminem diss.
Despite all of his manic efforts, the sales projections aren't looking good.
But who needs streams when you have a bottomless reservoir of self-confidence?
Game jumped on Instagram to declare his 31-track project the best album out and to thank those who did take the time to stream it.
"To everybody that supported the album," Game, who was wearing a striking green enesemble, started. "Everybody that showed me love with this Drillmatic sh*t. Everybody that's bumping it, sending me your favorite songs, posting it in your story, that sh*t means a lot to me. I thank y'all from the bottom of my heart. It's real dope to me. It's dope to be 20 years in and still get the love and the support from my day one fans and everybody in the world f*cking with this album. If you haven't listened, if you haven't heard it. I promise you it's the best rap album out right now probably the best full album out, I ain't gone even lie. It's a dope a$$ album."
Game had previously said Drillmatic is the "album of the year."
