Remember when David Banner said everyone stole Migos' triplet flow but nobody wants to give them credit?

Quavo talked about that during an interview with Bleacher Report's Taylor Rooks and said he fully agrees.

"Wasn’t nobody doin’ it before we came in and right now, everybody’s doing it. It’s a blessing," said the Migos rapper. "They just don’t want to give credit ... Only person that can really argue about the flow, like who started it or who pushed the influence, is Migos and Drake. Because he came in and got on ‘Versace' with us. I feel like that was the first time the world all heard the flow… Even before that, I feel like nobody else did it, nobody else used it.”

Quavo doesn't seem to know that Memphis rappers Lord Infamous and Three Six Mafia used the triplet flow long before Migos did, as did Public Enemy's Chuck D in the 1988 song "Bring the Noise."

Others like Bone Thugs-N-Harmony can also be credited with using the flow before Migos, which old school rap fans brought up on social media.

"The city of Memphis has entered the chat!" one person wrote on Instagram.

"Bone Thugs Twista and few others have entered the chat 😂😂," wrote another.

"Lord Infamous anyone?" a third comment read.

Why do you think Quavo isn't acknowledging Memphis rappers and other people for coming up with the triplet flow?
