T.I. and Tiny will have to face Sabrina Peterson in court after a judge denied the couple's request to have her defamation case thrown out.
Peterson said that Tip pulled a gun on her in front of children and her claim led to many other women accusing the celebs of sexually abusing them.
T.I. and Tiny have denied all of the allegations so far, and Peterson filed her defamation suit after they dissed her.
Her attorney Tyrone Blackburn has since reacted to the judge refusing to toss the suit and he seems eager to get into court.
“The case goes on," said Blackburn in a statement. "T.I., Tiny, as well as Shekinah’s anti-SLAPP motion failed and Sabrina is entitled to get justice for the defamation that was visited upon her by the Harrises and Ms. Anderson. The next move is on the Harrises to answer the four counts that judge allows."
Neither Tip or Tiny have commented on the judge's decision yet.
