Tory Lanez Fans Are Trying to Get Him Out Of Prison

 Tory Lanez spent Christmas in jail after being found guilty of three felonies in his shooting Megan Thee Stallion last Friday.

He may be spending many more holidays there as he is facing up to 23 years when he is sentenced next month. After he serves his sentence he is likely to be deported back to Canada.

His dedicated fans are trying to prevent that from happening. They have set up a Change.org petition to free Tory by appealing the verdict immediately

"The state did not prove that Lanez undoubtedly committed any crime. Reasonable doubt loomed over a 10 day trial as the prosecution was unable to show us that there were not alternative explanations of the events."

 So far it has about 19K of the 25K it is seeking.

Even if it hits its mark the court is under no obligation to honor it.
