Tory Lanez has been on a tough run.
Some would say he brought it on himself.
Ever since he allegedly shot Megan Thee Stallion he's been shunned by the industry. He also has to defend himself in court, which is pricy.
That may be all be catching up to Tory because he's being sued for foreclosure by the bank holding the loan on his Miami home.
The pint-sized rapper purchased the 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom, 2,182 sq. ft. penthouse in 2018 for $1.8 million. He took out a $1.26 million loan with BH 4908.
Per the mortgage, Tory agreed to make monthly payments of $11,057.40 and then one large balloon payment in December 2021.
The lawsuit accuses Tory of defaulting under the terms of the mortgage by failing to make the balloon note totaling $1,237,456.06.
The suit says Tory owes a total of $1,237,456.06 that is due on the loan plus interest.
Now it could be Tory anticipates that he'll be convicted of shooting Meg and eventually deported back to Canada and barred from the US, rendering a home in Florida an unnecessary expense.
