Reginald Saunders, the head of A&R at Trina's label Rockstarr Music Group blasted Nicki Minaj earlier this week and accused her of not promoting her song with the Miami rapper called "BAPS."
He also took Nicki to task for not shooting a video for the song while promoting and shooting a video for "Hot Girl Summer," her cut with Megan Thee Stallion and Ty Dolla $ign.
"This isn’t the first time @nickiminaj has pulled this stunt and trust me it’s cool," wrote Saunders in a now deleted message. "I can’t get over how fake people can be for a Lil fame, likes and followers. When everyone tried to warn me I still gave her the benefit of the doubt ... I can’t wait to see how all of this is about to play out because you can’t stop karmas reign, shame on you. I mostly feel sorry for the #barbs because they have no clue of the deceiver and manipulator their leader is."
Nicki responded to Saunders on her Queen Radio and said she has her own schedule. Nicki also said she would never let someone from her team diss someone like Saunders had her.
Trina later responded on IG Live but didn't have angry words for Nicki, she had them for Saunders.
"There is no beef between me and Nicki Minaj," she said. "There will be no disrespect for Nicki Minaj or nobody else that's on my album. [Nicki] did her part and it's up to me and my team to do our part ... Every artist that came out to do this album for me, they didn't charge me. I appreciate that. Anything else that's going on within that and around that, let me deal with that. Everybody else that's outside of that, keep your f*cking mouth shut."
"All of y'all that are dragging my name thru the mud, dirtying my name, my face, without me saying a word, you can suck my ass through a straw," added Trina. "I'm a real bitch and I don't play those games. Everybody knows that. Keep my name out your mouth and have a good f*cking night."
