Twitter Reacts to Kanye West not Dropping 'Donda: With Child LP' As Promised

Kanye West's Donda: With Child LP was supposed to arrive today but it's nowhere to be found.

Ye promoted the album at his bizarre campaign rally earlier this week, where he said that Harriet Tubman didn't really free slaves. 

Some said that Ye's strange behavior was a tactic he was using to promote his album. But his wife Kim Kardashian revealed that he's in the middle of a major bipolar episode, while  TMZ reports that Ye has cut off all communication with her.

After the new LP didn't arrive, many took to Twitter and said they're not surprised.
