Tyga Continues To Be A Terrible Tenant

Earlier this month we learned that Tyga's old landlord was taking him to court for about 100k in unpaid rent.

T-Raww's new landlord can't be too happy with him either. According to TMZ, Tyga is terrorizing his neighbors in his gated Calabasas, California community by throwing big parties and letting his friends in without the proper clearance.

The 'Rack City' rapper has been banned from the community's common area, and has racked up over $10,000 in homeowner association fines. Sometimes he pays, and sometimes he doesn't.

Since he's renting, his landlord is ultimately responsible for any financial penalties Tyga gets slapped with.

The landlord has been trying to get the dough from Tyga, but he might just have to sic this guy on him.
