Last month, Vic Mensa admitted that he was jealous of Chance The Rapper. If you've been following both of their careers, then you know they had a major rift at one point. It was right around the time Chance dropped his breakout Acid Rap mixtape, and Vic was in the group Kids These Days.
But Mensa's past all of that now. Speaking to Ebro Darden on his Beats 1 radio show, Vic said their fights were more like family members going at each other. Vic added he has a unique bond with Chano, because of all the hard times they went through together.
"That's my brother through and through," he explained. "There was times when me and Chano ain't have bus fare and the Milwaukee Ave. bus ain't running, so we sleeping sideways in somebody's abandoned car. I've been through a lot of shit with Chance. Brothers fight, [but] that's been over with for some time now."
Mensa also said that he and Chance have some "really dope records" together, but no word on when they'll see the light of day.
