It's been a crazy week for rap and the music industry overall...

We were still mourning the tragic death of Young Dolph and Slim 400, but that was quickly interrupted with the news of Drakeo The Ruler being stabbed to death at a festival hosted by Snoop Dogg

Drakeo wasn't the only one facing violence at the Once Upon a Time in LA festival, as video shows Wack 100 being beat down by a group of men.

While were not sure if the two events are connected, Wack paid his respects to Drakeo on Instagram earlier today (12/22).

"This one ain’t easy , @drakeotheruler a very intelligent , helpful , cocky , innovative , outspoken , brothers keeper , just to name a few. We shook hands risking the trust knowing our ties could conflict but we were man enough to keep our bond isolated. You told me unk if & when I go I’m going out fighting like a man ….. You had 1 request of me if these times ever came . I’ll see you on the other side I’ll tend to that business and keep a line to your seeds… #West👆🏾 Rest Easy Warrior ……"
