Earlier this year, Waka Flocka announced a June 1 release for his third solo album Flockaveli 2.
But judging from his social media activity from earlier this afternoon that's not going to happen. Waka took to Twitter today to declare that Atlantic Records is holding up the sequel to his debut album Flockaveli and his first studio LP since 2012's Triple F Life: Friends, Fans & Family.
Sad that my label holding #Flockaveli2 BACK...!!!!! LET ME BUYOUT MY CONTRACT ASAP #AtlanticRecords — Waka Flocka Flame (@WakaFlockabsm) April 27, 2015

Flame is the second high profile rapper to have problems with Atlantic recently. Last October, Lupe Fiasco got into it with the label about their delaying his release of Tetsuo & Youth.
That situation was resolved after Anonymous threatened to dox Atlantic executives unless they moved forward with the album.
Do you think the hacktivists will stick up for Big Homie Flock too?
