Warrant Issued For DMX's Arrest

DMX is in trouble once again.

A  New York Supreme Court judge has issued a warrant for the 44-year old's arrest after he completely missed a child support hearing today in Westchester County.

Instead of showing up in court, DMX was still across the country in Las Vegas, where he had performed "DMXmas" at the Foxtail Nightclub yesterday.

His lawyer claimed DMX thought his court date was tomorrow. That just angered the judge, who had allowed X to travel so he could go out and make money.

"It’s going to be really hard to perform at the Westchester County Jail," Judge Paul Marx said in court. "[DMX] sat here at the table and said, 'If you let me go, I'm coming back.' Well, he ain’t here. It’ll be interesting to see if TSA picks him up on a warrant."
