Desean Brown is accused of stabbing a 29-year-old year Nyteisha Lattimore to death in her apartment.  After killing her, he allegedly threw her two-year-old son in the Ohio River while he was still alive.

He faces double murder charges and the death penalty.

The boy's biological father didn't want to wait for justice and attacked Brown in the courtroom.

It took four officers to remove Antonio Hughes from Brown.

He was held in contempt of court and will be jailed for seven days for his outburst.

Investigators believe Brown killed Lattimore because she had a miscarriage of a baby he thought was his.
