These days, you don't need a riot to loot a store.
Days after a group of robbers cleared out a Louis Vuitton store in Chicago with a smash and grab another group of thieves tried to do the same at the Louis Vuitton in San Fransisco.
While some of the men got away, the police caught one of the robbers in his mustang.
The cops treated his car ... roughly.
