XXXTentacion Confessed To Domestic Abuse & Stabbing Multiple People On Recording

Pitchfork has obtained 27 minutes of tape from the Miami-Dade County state attorney’s office on which XXXTentacion confesses to abusing his girlfriend and stabbing eight people.

I put my source of happiness in another person, which was a mistake initially, right? But she fell through on every occasion until now," he is heard saying. "Until I started f---ing her up bruh. I started f---ing her up because she made one mistake. And from there, the whole cycle went down. Now she’s scared. That girl is scared for her life. Which I understand," XXX says on the tape.

According to the DA, both the prosecution and XXXTentacion’s defense considered the tape a confession. 

XXX had been charged with aggravated battery of a pregnant victim, domestic battery by strangulation, false imprisonment, and witness tampering. He had denied the charges publically and they were dropped when he was killed earlier this year.

On the tape, XXX also says he had a history of stabbing people.

“I’m on [Miami] New Times for stabbing, how many people they put in the news? They said three, it was eight. In Deerfield.  She know that. She's seen that shit. She's seen when I came back from stabbing [redacted] in Orlando.  Had a brand new laptop. No tears on my face. No remorse. I just knew I was going to go to jail. She knew. So she's scared. She thinks I'm going to kill her.”

While XXXTentacion was never charged with any stabbings, there was a report in 2016 that witnesses in Broward County (which is where Deerfield Beech is)  “saw an unknown black male with tattoos on his face swinging a knife in multiple directions."
