XXXTentacion Prepares For Prison; Apologizes To Fans

This coming Friday, XXXTentacion will go to court to face charges of aggravated battery of a pregnant woman, domestic battery by strangulation, false imprisonment and witness tampering. 

The witness tampering is actually the most serious charge. It's a first-degree felony and could net him life in prison. Word is the state wants to two separate trials for XXX, the first for the witness tampering and the second for aggravated battery of a pregnant woman, domestic battery by strangulation, false imprisonment.

X jumped on IG last night and prepared his fans for his possible incarceration by posting the name of his judge and the details of his court appearance. He also apologized in advance if he is taken in.

XXXtentacion is accused of horribly beating his ex throughout 2016, including when she was pregnant. He then allegedly threatened to hurt her if she testified. After that, he allegedly called her up and during the chat discussed the possibility of paying her money not to testify.
