XXXTentacion's Fans & Antics May Have Been What Gets Him Locked Up For Good

XXXTentacion was charged with aggravated battery of a pregnant woman, domestic battery by strangulation, false imprisonment and witness tampering earlier this year.

But it's starting to look like his behavior since then is why he is now sitting in jail without bail and facing the prospect of never getting out.

During a pre-trial hearing yesterday, XXX was taken into custody after being hit with seven more charges relating to witness harassment and intimidation. While it was assumed that was why his bail was revoked, there may be more to the story.

Before going to the hearing, XXX had posted information about the presiding judge and asked his fans to come to the courtroom. According to sources who spoke to DJ Akademiks, X's fans started harassing the judge, who then took himself off the case. 

The new judge quickly concluded the 19-year old was making a mockery of the legal process, and that -- not the seven new charges -- is why he was almost immediately taken into custody yesterday.

Among the witness tampering charges against X is at least one first degree felony, which can get you life in Florida.

XXX's lawyers really have their work cut out for them.

So come to find out ... the 7 new felonies that xxxtentacion was charged with wasn't what made him get taken into custody. Apparently his fans threatened a judge till the judge had to remove himself off X's case. They are saying X is to be blamed since he posted the court info.
