Yaya Mayweather Gets Her Sentence For Stabbing Woman With NBA YoungBoy

In 2020, Yaya Mayweather was arrested for felony aggravated assault with a deadly weapon after stabbing one of NBA Youngboy's baby mamas, Lapattra Lashai Jacobs.

Jacobs was found in a pool of blood.  She survived but says she has permanent injuries.

Earlier this year Yaya, who is Floyd Mayweather's daughter, pleaded guilty.

She had been facing up to 20 years.

She got her sentence this week and it's nothing like that.

Instead, she will get six years of probation.

As conditions of her probation, she cannot commit any offenses and cannot use or possess any illegal drug or prescription drugs that are not currently prescribed by a medical professional.  She will have to report to a supervising officer, find work and/or attend school full-time and she will have to remain within Harris County or any counties directly touching Harris County unless she gets permission from the court otherwise.
