YG Owns Vehicle Linked To Homicide and Cop Shooting

YG is having a tough stretch.

Days after his affiliate Slim 400 was shot nine times,  a vehicle owned by YG has been linked to a pretty serious crime.

Deputies in Compton responded to a report of a reckless DUI late Wednesday night. A shoot out between the officers and the occupants of the vehicle, a Cadillac Escalade fitted with "aftermarket bulletproof glass," left an innocent bystander dead. Officers and a police helicopter then chased the Escalade to Inglewood. During the pursuit, an officer was hit with a bullet and suffered minor injuries. A patrol car's windshield was seen riddled with bullets. The helicopter was fired upon but wasn't hit.

One person was detained and another suspect is at large. When police ran the plates, they found YG owned the car. It is unknown if he was in the vehicle during the incident.
