YG and Nipsey Hussle's anti Donald Trump track 'FDT' was in the news earlier this month when the LAPD shut down its video shot.
That doesn't seem to have had anything to do with 'FDT''s political message. There had been reports of large crowds of people and dangerous car tricks, and the authorities say they didn't even know it was video until they arrived.
But, according to YG, the track's lyrical content has attracted some pretty serious government attention.
“Secret Service hollering at the label," YG told TMZ. "They asked to see the lyrics on my album to see if I’m talking about him on my album cause if I’m talking about him on my album, they gonna try to take it off the shelf.” We trying to motivate, get all the young people to vote," he continued, explaining why he wrote FDT. "Go really take your time out and vote on who should be in office cause it’s important. If not, it could be all bad for us.”
