Last week it was reported that YouTube was considering removing YG's My Krazy Life track "Meet The Flockers" because it has lyrics which many have called anti-Asian.

“Find a Chinese neighborhood, 'cause they don’t believe in bank accounts," raps YG in the song.

The debate surrounding the video comes at a time when there's been increased violence against the Asian community, with an elderly Asian woman being stabbed to death in Riverside, California on Saturday, April 3, according to CNN. There's also been the hashtag #StopTheAsianHate trending in recent weeks.

Now, it appears that YG's "Meet The Flockers" video has been removed after YouTube employees and others kept saying they wanted it gone. YG hasn't responded to the decision yet.

There are also now reports My Krazy Life has been removed from Spotify and Apple Music.

What do you think? Was it the right thing to do?
