Young Thug Explains Why A 'Verzuz' Battle Between Him & Lil Wayne Is An Even Match

Young Thug got a lot of attention for saying that he has more hits than Jay-Z during an interview with Gillie Da Kid. Thugger also made a lot of noise for dissing Andre 3000 last month.

In another part of Thug's chat with Gillie, he talked about battling Lil Wayne in a Verzuz competition. The Atlanta native said it would be a fair battle because Wayne may rap better but he has more overall influence.

"You gotta talk about influence, you gotta talk about everything,” Thug explained. "It ain’t just about who rapping. Them n*ggas got flow but I’m talking about influence, because influence is bigger than rap."
