It looks like Young Thug is doing much better.

Last week, we reported that Thugger was in the hospital for a surgery. He is out and back to his old social media antics. 

Recently, Thugger took to Instagram to show off his bling and loads of cash while in the Chanel store. 

While in the store, Lil Duke is playing in the background, and Thugger uses his money as a fan and flaunts his jewels. The cashier thought it was pretty hilarious because Thugger couldn't hold all the money and it kept falling.
