Young Thug, Gunna, and about two dozen YSL will be going to trial on RICO and other serious charges on January 9.
But that's not the full extent of Thugger's legal issues.
He just caught a few more charges. Albeit with less serious ramifications.
Thugger has just been hit with street racing, reckless driving, and speeding for an incident in May when he was pulled over for going 120 on a Georgia highway.
Thug's lawyer Brian Steele believes there is something fishy going on with the new charges.
“As of two weeks ago, that case was being resolved with a seatbelt violation,” he said in a statement. “Today, now it's indicted in the Fulton County Superior Court. He is being wronged by our system.”
