Zaytoven is one of the top beat makers in the game.

But the ATL king doesn't spend a lot of time on his craft. In fact, he says if he spends more than 15 minutes on a beat it's probably no good.

In an interview with Sway in the Morning, the 37 year old explains why he works so fast, and how his main man Gucci Mane encourages him to speed things up.

"There's no record that you done heard me produce that I spent more than ten minutes on," Zaytoven said. "[Gucci'] impatient. I'm impatient. We wanna listen to this music in our car. I don't wanna just do one song and ride around listening to that. I wanna listen to five songs. We can't do five songs if I spend an hour on the beat and you spend an hour writing it." "Music is about feeling," he continued. "If I'm spending more than 15 minutes on a beat, I'm not feeling it."
Whatever works.
