Several years ago, Lil Yachty expressed a preference for Cardi B over Nicki Minaj.

Shortly after, Nicki blocked Boat.

Boat is still blocked.

During a chat with Nicki's stylist, Yachty expressed a desire to get back in to Nicki's good graces.

"You know Nicki has me blocked," Boat said.  "Crazy enough, I'm actually a huge Nicki Minah fan.  And I'm going to take a second in time again for maybe the third time to address Nicki.  I would love for you to unblock me because I am genuinely a fan."

Yachty then reiterated that he had apologized.
