In 2020, Yaya Mayweather was arrested for felony aggravated assault with a deadly weapon for stabbing NBA Youngboy's baby mama Lapattra Lashai Jacobs.

Yaya, who is Floyd Mayweather's daughter, has been in an on-again-off-again relationship with YB.

Jacobs was found in a pool of blood and was initially in critical condition.  She survived but says she has permanent injuries.

Yaya was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and faced between two and 20 years.

But it looks like her daddy' high price lawyers earned their pay because Yaya likely won't be going to jail.

Yesterday, Yaya pleaded guilty in a Houston court.  Prosecutors will recommend no prison and six years probation.

“We resolved the case between Iyanna and the State,” her lawyer Kent Schaffer said. “The agreement calls for Iyanna to be on deferred adjudication for a period of six years, after which she will have no felony conviction and the case will be dismissed. She is eligible to have the deferred adjudication end after two years pending her good behavior.”

“Although we believe that Iyanna was defending herself after being attacked, we thought this was the safest resolution for her. This is especially true since her boyfriend and his bodyguards refused to testify, probably due to their own legal problems"
