Ice Spice's New Years Eve show at the Wildlands Festival in Australia was a disaster.
She showed up incredibly late and only performed two songs. Her set was supposed to be from 10:30 pm to 11:00 pm, but Ice showed up at 10:55.
So, after playing for only six minutes, she was booed while leaving the stage.
The "Barbie World" rapper — who turned 25 on January 1 — addressed the backlash during a show in Perth, Australia over the weekend.
"I’m sorry guys. Surely y’all can forgive me," Ice told the audience, according to People. "It was my birthday and it takes a long time to look like a Barbie."
The organizers of the Wildlands Festival also addressed Ice's short set.
"We understand that Ice Spice’s delayed arrival caused some frustration," they wrote on Instagram. "Managing a stacked festival means that we have to be extremely firm with scheduled set times. We had a strict curfew of 12:30 and needed to ensure that Chase & Status went on stage on time so you could all enjoy the NYE Countdown."
