Tay-Kay, who's serving 55 years in prison for a 2016 murder, is also awaiting trial for a 2017 murder which he allegedly committed after he removed his ankle bracelet and went on the run, an escape documented on his one hit, "The Race."
It's also said the rapper assaulted a 65-year-old man while fleeing.
Tay-Kay is now being kept at the Bexar County Adult Detention Center in Texas. He believes he's being severely mistreated.
